OUR CLASSTRIP

Last week we met on Monday at 8.00 `o clock at school. Our bus arrived at half past 8. We took our bags with us and went by bus to Blankensee. We chose our rooms and went to the garden. The garden was very big and you could see the lake. Mrs. Gommert, the owner, showed us everything. There was a volleyballfield and a footballfield. We could play tabletennis and climb on the trees, too.

Then we had lunch. The eatery was the best room in the house! Our food was very tasty!

After lunch we had a rally in Blankensee. We saw many interesting things and places. In the evening we went to the lake and watched the sunset. Our first day was very great and we were very tired!

On Tuesday we went on a tour at the wildparc Glauer Tal. Mrs. Drong showed us animals and trees in the parc. We worked 10 km and had great fun. In the evening we went to Stangenhagen. There was a tower from where you had a good few. After that we played football in the garden and laughed a lot.

On the next morning we sang a song for Lukas, because it was his birthday. But Lukas hurt his hand and his mother took him home.

We started our bike tour around the lake. So we visited the airport in Schönhagen and had a few from the tower. It was very high and laud.

At next Mr. Witt showed us his farm with his animals. He is a falconer and so he has falcons and a lot of other birds. He made a show with one of these falcons and let him fly.

Then we went to the Meadow Ranch in Körzin. We were allowed to ride a horse or take a trip by a carriage. It was very interesting and we learnt a lot. We had a break after that and ate icecream.

At the end we met a smith in a smith-shop. He showed us his work and we could even take the forging hammer and tried to use it.

When we were back, we were very tired but our bike tour was very good!

Thursday we went first to the museum in Blankensee. Later we met a fisherman, too and we visited a bee-farming and bought honey. In the evening we went a nightwalk in the forest. At last we made a fire and talked about our classtrip.

On the next Morning we went by bus to Potsdam and our classtrip finished. It was very great and we had a lot of fun!
